Legend Oaks Subdivision

Legend Oaks Subdivision is a 120-lot single family subdivision. The lots average 1.5 acres in size. Arcadia Consulting Engineers designed the road network pursuant to NCDOT subdivision street standards. This subdivision layout was 15% impervious or less, which allowed the project to be low impact. Arcadia designed the drainage to be directed to the roadside grass swales to treat the stormwater runoff. Individual septic tanks and drain fields are used for sanitary sewer treatment. Water is provided by the North Chatham County Water System.
